The Forum on Mediterranean Food Cultures, starting from May 2010, to re-organize its activities will be managed by Plexus International Forum Onlus, a non profit organization based in Rome. This new creative art & science joint venture travelling on board The Ark of Well-Being is open to new participants. The Forum on Mediterranean Food Cultures is open minds initiative. Since 2004, The Erosions and Renaissance Show is travelling on board the Ark calling attention on the dramatic rising of the sea erosion of “the Door of the No Return” of the House of the Slaves, in the island of Goree, Dakar, as symbol of all erosions increasing in the planet, from the erosion of humankind memory and human rights to the erosion of biodiversity. Since 2007, the Ark is present at the CIISCAM International Conferences.
